A Pt Cruiser wheel cover of luxurious leather can quickly and inexpensively improve the look and feel of your car. My Pt had a basic black plastic steering wheels, with no cover.  It just did not add any zip or good looks to my interior, nor did it feel very good while I was driving.  In fact, the wheels were slippery and did not give the sense of control that I wanted.  So I decided to make a change.

After doing some research, I decided that I wanted a leather steering wheel cover.  I selected a wheelskins cover, in the Euro Tone (2 color) cover with perforated panels.  I chose the red wheel and black wheel cover color combination.  I selected the red panels at the top and bottom of the wheel cover and black on the sides of the cover.  Additionally, I selected the side panels with perforations in the cover for a sure grip feel and wheel control.  The sense of control over the wheel was immediate, with the wheel cover installed. .  There was no feel of slipping as with the original Chrysler plastic wheel.  The red panels added just the right accent to excite the over-all interior look.  I also added a matching red shift boot to get just a little more of the right color touch, with the new wkeelskins cover.These changes were very easy to accomplish.  I went to steeringwheelskins.com and selected the correct cover choice from the vehicle selection chart.  Then I chose the Euro Tone design cover, the colors, and the panel lay-out I wanted.  Lastly, I selected the panels to be perforated. It was then, a simple and secure process to put the order on my credit card.

The new leather steering wheel cover and installation kit arrived, just as I had ordered, a few days later.  The kit included the euro tone cover, quality cover lacing cord and the necessary needle.  The cover slipped very nicely on my original Pt wheel.  The supple leather cover was a very nice fit and easily slid into place on the wheel.  I then followed the well illustrated diagrams and information in the installation directions and installed the wheel cover.  The wheel cover comes with pre-placed, reinforced holes for the stitching process.  In about one hour I had the steering wheelskin completely installed.I was very satisfied
